Practical. Collaborative. Impactful.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING & CONSULTATION
I partner with schools, universities, and organizations to design professional learning that bridges research and everyday practice. Whether facilitating workshops, coaching teams, or developing instructional resources, my goal is to help professionals build the confidence, knowledge, and implementation skills needed to create lasting change for individuals with complex communication needs.
Learning that is relevant, reflective & responsive.
MY APPROACH
The most meaningful professional learning doesn't end when the workshop ends—it changes how people think, collaborate, and approach their work long after they leave the room.
My learning experiences are grounded in adult learning principles, evidence-based practice, and authentic application. Rather than simply presenting information, I create opportunities for participants to engage with ideas, reflect on their own practice, and leave with strategies they can implement immediately.
Every workshop is designed to be practical, collaborative, and responsive to the unique needs of the audience.

Let's Build Learning That Changes Practice
Meaningful education extends beyond information delivery. My goal is to prepare clinicians who think critically, collaborate effectively, advocate for communication access, and continue refining their practice throughout their careers.
